InOn the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and the 70th anniversary of the Bandung Conference, from May 15 to 18, Wang Ning, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, led a friendly delegation from Yunnan Province to visit Indonesia to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Yunnan, conscientiously implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Prabowo, implement the deployment of the Central Peripheral Work Conference, and deepen pragmatic exchanges and cooperation between Yunnan and Indonesia in agriculture, tourism, education, culture, economy and trade, and better serve and promote China-Indonesian friendly relations.

China and Indonesia are good neighbors across the sea and good partners with a shared destiny. Yunnan and Indonesia have a good foundation for exchanges and cooperation and great potential. During the visit, Wang Ning visited Nagamudin, Chairman of the Indonesian Local Representative Council, Praticino, Minister of Human Development and Culture Coordination, and met with Made, Vice Minister of Tourism, to further deepen and implement friendly cooperation between Yunnan and Indonesia; with Chairman Nagamudin and his wife, Vice Minister of Made and representatives of the Permanent Mission of various countries to ASEAN, he attended the cultural tourism promotion meeting "There is a kind of life called Yunnan - Colorful Yunnan Surrounding Tour", launched special tourism products such as "World Heritage Tour" and "Zhenghe Route", jointly discussed holding a cultural week, carrying out cultural relics protection and museum construction, joint cultivation of cultural tourism talents, etc., and strengthened the exchanges between Yunnan and Indonesia and other maritime ASEAN countries; strengthened friendship and communication with local Chinese and Chinese communities, visited the Indonesian Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Bali Branch, and invited Chinese businessmen to invest and start businesses in Yunnan to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Wang Ning attended "There is a kind of life called YunnanLive-Colorful Yunnan Surrounding Tour" Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference and delivered a speech.

Wang Ning also visited Bali Province, a friendly province in Yunnan, and reached a consensus with the Bali Provincial Government on strengthening the development of friendly province relations and deepening cooperation; attended the launch ceremony of the Bali organic rice cultivation and ecological agricultural tourism cooperation demonstration project "Xinlianyun Travel". He hoped that the two places would jointly explore ecological resources, agricultural resources and cultural resources, promote the integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism, and let the "small and beautiful" project benefit more local people and become a vivid practice for building a community of shared future between China and Indonesia; investigated the Indonesian Wenqiao Trilingual School, witnessed the unveiling of the Indonesian Yunhua Vocational College jointly organized by the school and Yunnan Normal University, promote international Chinese education, "Chinese + Vocational Education" and other talent training projects, improve the exchange mechanism of students and teachers, and promote cultural exchanges and people-to-people blind dates.

Wang Ning attended the launching ceremony of the Bali Province Organic Rice Cultivation and Ecological Agricultural and Tourism Cooperation Demonstration Project on the "Xin Unicom Yunnan Tour".

Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia Wang Lutong, Ambassador to ASEAN Hou Yanqi, and Consul General of Denmark Zhang Zhisheng participated in the relevant activities respectively.
