On July 1st, the 2025 Wenshan State Folk Diplomacy Special Work Joint Meeting was held. The meeting studied and implemented the spirit of the Central Foreign Work Conference and the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping on his inspection of Yunnan, as well as the spirit of the Standing Committee of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee. It summarized the work of folk diplomacy in the whole state in 2024 and arranged and deployed the key work in the next step.


Li Jiansong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and deputy director of the Provincial Party Committee's Foreign Affairs Commission, attended and spoke at the meeting. Zhang Jinfeng presided over the meeting.
