In order to thoroughly implement the important speech and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Yunnan and the spirit of the fifth meeting of the annual meeting mechanism between the secretaries of the Party committees of Yunnan Province, China and Lao Cai, Vietnam, the Youth League Committee of Tuanzhou and the Foreign Affairs Office of Tuanzhou jointly organized the "Inheriting the Red Will and Walking Hand in Hand with Youth" red study and education practice activities for foreign vocational students in Tuanzhou State in December. Nearly 100 vocational students and teachers from China, Vietnam and Laos from Honghe Health Vocational College and Honghe Vocational Technical College followed the traces of the red charm and development along the border, and embarked on a study tour that combines spiritual heritage and friendship.

At the end of the event, all the teachers and students watched the microfilm "Du Tao", understood the hard-working spirit and moving deeds of the ancestors, revisited the glorious years, and the red genes and mission responsibilities were deeply rooted in the hearts.

On the third day of the study tour, the group visited Jian'an, a "land of scholars". Inside the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway Historical and Cultural Exhibition Hall, precious historical materials and physical objects vividly recreated the development history of the century-old railway. In the Kaian Railway Station, the teachers and students boarded the vintage train, experiencing the "移动的历史 classroom" amidst the "clunking" sound, crossing the city's pastoral areas. The Kaian Memory Living Room fully showcases the city's industrial memory and development vitality.

Although the journey was short, its significance was profound. This red study tour, with its walking classroom, linked history and reality, ecology and humanity, domestic and foreign, allowing vocational students from the three countries to deepen their understanding through exchanges and pass on the spirit through their insights.
