This event was sponsored by the Yunnan People's Association for Foreign Friendship, the Youth League of Yunnan Province, and the Yunnan Province Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, and was jointly organized by the Yunnan Folk International Friendship Exchange Foundation, with the support of the Dehong State, Honghe State, and Xishuangbanna State, to provide a cross-border exchange platform for teenagers from China, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Laos.

On the same day, at the China-Yunnan Youth Friendly Exchange activity organized by the Youth League of Dehong State and the State Foreign Affairs Office, the youth representatives from Myanmar and China gathered in Manse to discuss the future with the theme of "Non-heritage遗传 charm, co-talking the future". Through diversified forms such as field research, cultural mutual learning, and interactive experience, they jointly narrated the China-Yunnan胞波 friendship and injected fresh youthful power into the construction of a community of destiny between China and Myanmar.

Chinese and Myanmar youth visited the Caidonggourd Village, Hougu Coffee Industrial Park and Dehong Vocational College in Santiashan Township in turn. In Caidonggourd Village, the youth strolled through the cultural corridor, experienced the unique charm of the De'ang ethnic group's intangible cultural heritage up close, participated in the folk traditional dance performance together at the Water Drum Square, tasted the rich and spicy ethnic food, and witnessed the tremendous changes in Chinese villages in the midst of laughter and jokes, feeling the inclusiveness of Chinese culture; In Hougu Coffee Industrial Park, everyone visited the coffee cultural corridor and product display area, learned in detail about the coffee planting, processing, and brand development history, tasted the mellow coffee on the spot, and directly felt the vitality of Dehong's characteristic industry development; In the cultural corridor of Dehong Vocational College, everyone experienced the skills of Dai paper-cutting, fan lacquer painting and so on by hand, tasted the De'ang sour tea carefully, deepened the cultural identity in the hands-on practice, and narrowed the psychological distance in the verbal communication.
